OUR VALUES & GOALS
At HYPE, our youth workers embody relationship-based and strength-based approaches that fuel young people’s social, emotional and developmental growth to foster a profound sense of empowerment and autonomy. Within our youth clubs, we share a unified mission of uplifting and supporting our young people. Our dedicated team of youth workers are equipped with the skills to recognize and support young individuals at every stage of their journey with us.
HYPE promotes critical thinking within our youth club spaces, collaborating with young minds to confront the pertinent issues of 2025 head-on. We are committed to proactive engagement and working alongside young people to tackle challenges in enjoyable and meaningful ways.

HYPE DJ SESSIONS
HYPE is excited to launch DJ sessions at the Little Centre in Beechwood, led by the renowned DJ, Liam Reynolds. With a stellar career that includes supporting Joel Corry on tour, performing for the Ministry of Sound, and holding a residency at Ibiza Rocks, Liam brings a wealth of experience to our young people. These sessions are an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry, as Liam will help support our young people in exploring their own unique styles.

HYPE’S YOUTHY TRIPS
At HYPE we believe that trips are a crucial part of what we do. Exposing young people to new experiences and environments can spark curiosity, broaden perspectives and encourage personal growth. These trips also foster meaningful connections and strengthens relationships between young people and their peers, as well as with their youth workers.
We provide young people with half-termly trips in order to contribute to holistic development. In our most recent trip, we took young people from all our youth clubs to New Brighton Bowl for bowling, laser-quest and food.
We already can’t wait for our next trip!
