LCFA Sefton Football & Fitness

Our Football & Fitness Holiday Club at LCFA Sefton is all about learning, playing and enjoying our national sport - Football! Our FA Qualified Coaches will deliver a range of sessions to our players ensuring they learn and improve their all round skills and techniques in a safe friendly learning environment.

Our Football & Fitness workshops are delivered to boys and girls aged 7-14 years. All players are coached for 4 hours each day with workshops running from 10.00AM – 2.00PM.

This course is open for children in receipt of Free School Meals.

DO I NEED TO BRING FOOD?

Lunches are provided by HYPE for all participants, but of course you can bring your own packed lunch and healthy snacks.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR FOR FOOTBALL & FITNESS?

Football kit or tracksuit; rain-jacket; towel; football boots (no metal studs), trainers and shin pads.

Please ensure children wear shin pads and football trainers/boots. All children should arrive ready to play and we recommend packing a waterproof jacket.

Christ the king high school

A range of fun-packed activities! Arts & Crafts, Multi-sports & Games, aimed at developing new skills, building confidence and providing a safe, supportive and healthy environment for children to enjoy during the winter holidays.

We will be running activities from Christ The King High School for boys and girls aged 7 - 14 years.

This course is open for children in receipt of Free School Meals.
